Dr. Ali Albarghouthi

Received his Ph.D. in Religious Studies from the University of Waterloo-Wilfrid Laurier Joint Ph.D. program in Religious Studies.

His dissertation focused on the concept and practice of Ijtihad in North America.

He is the author of Heart Therapy: Forty Hadiths in the Purification of the Soul, and he lives and teaches in Toronto.
